South Korea has been cleared by the U.S. government to buy six Boeing P-8A maritime patrol aircraft for approximately $2.10 billion.

In another filing, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency also notified that Seoul is given the green light to buy 64 Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) missiles.
